We love adding on new items to our bikes each new season at the Omaha West location where we originally purchased our Trek DS2 bikes.
First visit since they bought out Bike Rack and very impressed by level of service. Brought in a $100 bike from Walmart and they treated us like it was a high-end bike we bought there. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I stressed about fixing my son’s bicycle and finally decided to take it in. It cost way less than I expected. The staff was fast and very helpful. Very glad to have found Trek.
Went in looking for a part to finish out a brake upgrade I was doing. They were the only shop in town that had one. Got me in and out within minutes. Their selection of Trek gear is fantastic, the store looks great, and the employees were helpful and on the ball.
The employees were very helpful in choosing the right bike for me and helpful picking out the correct accessories to go with it. I have never had a bad experience here and everyone is very knowledgable about everything.
Normally I get ignored when I enter a store and my conversations with the sales staff is short. I felt welcomed and I can see why going to a specialty store is worth the experiences. Although I didn't have the money to keep buying more products, I will definitely be a life time customer. I forgot the name of the person that helped me but, I can tell you that he was very attentive and patient with me and he helped me chose my bike by also entertaining my 6 year old while I test drive them. Thank you to him. I like the explanation of the care I should take with my Tern folding bike and the service offered to tune up the bike. I'm unemployed so I have no source of income just savings so when I do get a job, you better believe I'll be shopping for my E-bike and my kids upgrade!
